IM is good - me in Drisha, stuck on translating a text. No faculty to be seen. Competent person I would ask is otherwise occupied. I go online and there is someone who is not obviously otherwise occupied and who is competent. Email text to him. Superfast assistance. Comprehension. Yay IM.
