This was the cover art for "A Treasury of Chasidic Tales on the Torah" (volumes 1 and 2), by Rabbi Shlomo Yosef Zevin, published by ArtScroll. I don't have the books anymore (they wore out), but this should give you a good starting point.

Maybe that's why it was floating around loose in the drawer; I expect there's every chance ArtScroll photographed it at JTS.
