Dog keeps waking up and barking at 2am. Night before last she just wanted to hide in the bed with the monkeys. Last night she was apparently thirsty and hungry; re-crated her after she'd had a good munch and she went back to sleep.
No, putting food and water in her cage doesn't work because she tries to bury them under her cushion and it gets messy. She usually remembers to eat and drink before bedtime and just sleeps through.
I think part of it is late-night revellers coming home. That wakes her up and gets her antsy.
Whatever it is, UD has the enviable ability to sleep right through it, and I'm in a dozy haze.
In other news, I'm enjoying my new iphone, finally making progress on the first megillah of the season, having a smashing time at my volunteer job in the Rare Book Room at JTS, and the dog has learned how to climb onto the radiator cover for a nice warm sleep (cute) and eat the basil plants (less cute and involves vomit).
