I wrote to Soncino and asked them whether that translation was legit. This is what they said:

"We are aware of come-and-hear.com and also of the argument that they present
on their site. Currently, we have consulted our lawyers as to the legalities
involved with this site. Unfortunately, these types of cases usually tend to
drag on for quite some time so I don't expect any result in the near future.

"In the meantime, I would like to point out to you (if you did not realize
this already) that come-and-hear.com is a virulently anti-Semitic and racist
website. The author of the site is a well-known racist who has other
websites as well that promote her racist agenda. I assume that since your
name is Friedman that you are Jewish and therefore I suggest that you stay
far away from the site and not suggest it to any other people. As you may be
aware, the amount of visitors that a website receives greatly increases it's
ranking on the various search engines. So by visiting the site to access the
Talmud, many people are unwittingly providing them more exposure to spread
their hateful agenda."
