
Background here is I'm going to Montreal this weekend to meet my current Torah shul, write the first bit of Bereshit with them, and a few other things, one of which is a workshop where we shall use Easy Calligraphy to create mizrachim, thingummies you put on the wall to indicate in which direction lies Jerusalem.


They're 8.5*11" jpgs because I don't feel like fiddling about converting them into pdfs or web pages or whatever. Clicky for the full-size versions. Lemme know if you like them, it's jolly good for my ego :)

I think that "turn" (on the reish) implies rotating the pen tip rather than translating it, which I think is what you mean.
How big would the images be as PNGs? JPEG encoding leaves artifacts around the edges of text.
I'd describe "S" as a Roman (or Latin) rather than an English character, but maybe that's just me being pedantic.
