yay for garlic - new cookie recipe

100g melted margarine mixed with 1/2 cup demerera and 1/2 cup white sugar, and 1 egg - and 100g each of chocolate, raisins and pecans - and 1 cup plain flour and a teaspoon of baking powder - and 2 cloves of crushed garlic - bake like cookies at 180C for about ten minutes - garlic goes really well with chocolate!
