livredor - the "I Can't Believe It's Pesach" Brownies:
melt 8oz butter, add 2.5 cups sugar, 5 eggs, 1.25 cups cocoa, and 1.25 cups cake meal, a teaspoonful of salt and another of vanilla - mix it all up good and hard, and put it in a greased tin, and then into a low oven, 325F or so, for about 45 minutes, until a knife comes out just-about-clean.
And in another region of Arts Generally...nice, huh? Just got a photo from its proud owners.
