This will be no surprise to anyone ever, but Montreal in winter is COLD. I went outside after a shower the other day, and my hair FROZE. With actual ice in it.

Yes, that happens. Sorry I didn't think to warn you; we're well into the bit of the year where I only wash my hair evenings. (Chunks of frozen ponytail snapping off is a risk I really do not want to take.)
