noise?
OK, if I can hear, in my sitting room, every single beat of the downstairs guy's music, and I can hear the cadence of voice the announcer is using, and it makes my table vibrate, is that excessive? I went and asked him to turn it down and he said incredulously "It's six in the evening on Sunday!" and shut the door in my face. Yes, it's six in the evening on Sunday, that's the time I have at home to relax. Perhaps I want to listen to my music?
I'd complain to the building super. Unfortunately, that is the building super. Next call is my landlady, to tell her that that will seriously affect whether we renew the lease and could she please fix the leaky window. And the building management, to tell them that the superintendant is an asshole who thinks it's fine to make everyone else listen to his music.
