Well, I've started to write Bereshit. I started with column 4, since the first three columns are going to happen with the congregation.

Over Rosh haShana, just a couple of days ago, the reading featured the bit where Sarah is miffed with Yishmael and wants to send him away into the desert - and Avraham isn't so keen because that's rather a nasty thing to do, he thinks - and God says, jolly well listen to your wife...

Column 4 of my Torah starts with the bit where God is cursing Adam, saying "Because you listened to your wife..."

The obvious conclusion to draw is that one should basically not listen to one's wife unless one has special permission from God. Oh dear...
